On October 30, 2012, Ms Linda Viktoria Dürschmidt, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her
Voting Rights on ALLGEIER SE, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 24,
2012 and on that day amounted to 27.57% (this corresponds to 2500920 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 27.57%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2500820 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Dürschmidt from Lantano Beteiligungen GmbH.
