Our e-government solutions in operation

In the "IoT and Smart City App - dParkingPartner" project, an innovative solution for optimising urban parking management systems is being implemented. With the use of modern IoT technologies and a user-friendly app, car parks are monitored and efficiently controlled in real time. This leads to improved capacity utilisation, optimised traffic flow and an enhanced parking experience in cities. The flexible, scalable solution supports authorities and companies in the implementation of modern smart city concepts and promotes sustainable urban developments.

In Germany's largest e-government project, Allgeier digitised the tax administration system for millions of users. A secure and scalable portal was developed for the Bavarian State Tax Office using model-based software development, which is continuously optimised. Over 30 million tax returns are transmitted each year without media discontinuity and with a high level of security. Agile methods reduce processing times and improve processes, thereby driving forward the digital transformation of tax administration in the long term.

High-performance public administration with the e-file: The digitalisation initiative in the justice system shows how Allgeier SE is contributing to the transformation of the justice system through the use of modern IT solutions and digitalised processes. The automation of manual processes and the introduction of integrated systems significantly increase transparency and efficiency. This shortens processing times, reduces administrative hurdles and sustainably improves service quality, paving the way for a future-proof justice system.

The Business Service Portal NRW is an open source solution developed for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The aim was to relieve 396 local authorities by digitising over 80 essential online services for companies and freelancers. Thanks to modern microservices architecture and configurable modules, European standards are met. The reusable components secure the digital sovereignty of the administration in the long term and open up new perspectives for future digitalisation projects.

The case study "Artificial intelligence for companies and public authorities" shows how customised AI solutions are transforming decision-making processes and workflows in public institutions and companies. State-of-the-art technologies are used to analyse data, implement automated processes and use predictive algorithms to increase efficiency and service quality. Companies and public authorities benefit from faster response times, lower costs and optimised processes, which sustainably strengthens their digital transformation and competitiveness.

As part of a project for a full-service IT and personnel service provider in the public sector, Allgeier used generative AI to automate all steps from enquiry qualification to candidate matching and offer generation. By connecting to the existing CRM system and using scalable Azure services, processing times are reduced by 72%, throughput is increased by 58% and offers are generated 82% faster. Agile methods and a modern cloud architecture ensure greater customer, employee and candidate satisfaction and a sustainable increase in efficiency.

The AI-supported low-code platform mgm A12 automates complex business processes for B2B and B2C companies as well as public administrations. By using AI process automation and data modelling, A12 significantly shortens development cycles and improves the quality of processes. The solution optimally integrates IT and business areas, reduces the risks and overheads of large projects and offers secure, user-friendly and maintainable processes that contribute to digital sovereignty in the long term.
