As part of an investigation, the Best Quality Institute (BQI) Europe’s best workplaces in 2012 evaluated. Among the 20 winners of the European IT Workplace Award in 2012 along with one German companies like SAP and Arvato Systems 1eEurope too!
For the European IT Workplace Award in 2012 several criteria were taken into account. IT employees receive 65 questions on a wide range of employee-related issues such as salary scales, salary increases, staff development, career advancement opportunities, employee turnover, training budgets, total number of offered for training measures available days, technology use, workplace diversity and the IT staff benefits. Have involved more than 2,300 IT professionals of all corporate and company size in the survey.
