With the help of generative AI, the challenges mentioned above can be partially or fully automated:

• Extraction of relevant information from query texts and provision in machine-readable form
• AI-based ranking for selecting suitable candidate profiles
• Creation of structured offers or text modules with generative AI

The solution was integrated into the customer’s existing CRM system so that the candidate profiles stored there could be used for matching.

The basis provides a scalable application that runs in the Microsoft Azure cloud. Azure OpenAI, Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure AI Document Intelligence are the main services used. A modern single-page application developed with Angular is available as the front end.

The project was carried out entirely using agile methods.

By automating the qualification and matching processes from the moment customer inquiries are received to the generation of quotes, our customer has significantly improved its processes and customer and employee satisfaction:
