This reorientation was launched intensively in 2012.\n\nAgenda 2015 reflects two guiding ideas:\n\n1. The creation of a Group structure which is viable for the future, and\nwhich comprises divisions as major corporate units\n\n2. A clear focus of the business model on high-growth areas offering\nabove-average development potential\n\nIn applying these ideas, the Allgeier Group will be split into the\nfollowing operating segments and divisions in the future:\n\nExperts Segment and at the same time the Allgeier Experts Division: \nThe core business is the provision of modern flexible personnel services as\na response to the growing shortages of IT specialists on the market. Acting\nas a connection between customers with their flexible requirements and\nemployees and freelance IT experts with their specific know-how, Allgeier\nExperts utilizes existing contract models to offer an important function\nand to create value in a modern economy. Generating significantly more than\nEUR 200 million of revenue, Allgeier Experts ranks as one of the\nmarket-leaders in Germany. Growth expectations are positive for this\nsegment, lying in the low double-digit percentage range per annum, and\naccompanied by realistic profit margins of around 7 percent.\n\nSolutions\/Business Software Segment: \nThis segment is split into the Allgeier Business Software and terna\ndivisions. The Business Software Division is a provider of proprietary\nsolutions in the ERP and DMS area, as well as Security Software. The\nproduct range in the ERP area also comprises the partnership with Microsoft\nwith its own software solutions for MS Dynamics NAV customers. The terna\nDivision is a Microsoft partner in the MS Dynamics AX area fielding its own\nsoftware solutions and highly-specialized know-how for corporate processes.\nGenerating approximately EUR 100 million of revenue, the Management Board\nbelieves that this segment offers the potential to achieve a double-digit\npercentage annual growth rate and a double-digit profit margin given\ncorresponding investments.\n\nSoftware Development Segment: \nThis segment is split into the Nagarro and mgm technology partners\ndivisions. The Nagarro Division develops individual international software\nsolutions to support and optimize its customers' corporate processes. Under\nthe motto of 'The Brightest Minds', this division combines the performance\ncapability of international top-qualified personnel resources and\noutstanding process and project know-how with the highest quality levels in\ncompetitive price models. The mgm technology partners Division is a\nspecialist for portal solutions, especially for internet commerce, banks,\ninsurance companies and public-sector institutions with highly specialized\nknow-how for the respective corporate processes and highly-complex\ntechnical requirements. Currently generating almost EUR 100 million of\nrevenue, the Management Board believes that this segment possesses\nconsiderable growth potential, which can make a positive contribution to\nGroup growth with both significantly double-digit percentage revenue growth\nrates and marked double-digit profit margins.\n\nThe Management Board expects that this approach will generate significantly\ndouble-digit percentage growth rates in terms of revenue and marked margin\nand earnings improvements for the entire Group, which should feed through\nto a total operating margin before holding company costs that moves\nmarkedly towards the double-digit percentage range.\n\nWith the aforementioned measures to focus the Group, the Management Board\nis responding not only to current market trends entailing considerable\ndifferences in the potential offered by the various IT business areas, but\nalso to the Group's internal further development to the next level of\nmeaningful integration. The aim is to create a high-performance IT company\nwith modern structures and an agile service portfolio which undergoes\nconstant testing that allows it to be further developed and adjusted. In\nthis context, the business model also continues to include value-creating\nacquisitions to develop the divisions on a targeted basis, and to\naccelerate their growth.\n\nContact:\nAllgeier SE\nDr. Christopher Grosse\nWehrlestrasse 12\n81679 Munich\nTel.: +49 (0)89\/998421-0\nFax: +49 (0)89\/998421-11\nE-mail: ir@allgeier.com\nWeb: www.allgeier.com\n\nAllgeier SE ranks as one of the leading IT companies for Business\nPerformance today: Allgeier combines the advantages of an international\nprovider with the merits of medium-sized companies with a growth strategy\noriented consistently to innovations and future trends, and an integrative\nbusiness model.
