A corresponding acquisition agreement has been concluded for this\npurpose, with the transaction to be concluded prospectively as of the\nyear-end.\n\nThe core business of b+m Informatik comprises business solutions for the\nfinancial sector, where the company offers both standard products and\nprofessional services for banks, savings banks and insurance companies. The\npurchase price will lie within the normal market valuation range for the\ntype of business being sold, and will be paid when the transaction is\nexecuted. A single digit amount in millions of euros will accrue to\nAllgeier from the transaction.\n\nThe disposal occurs as part of the further focusing and integration within\nthe Allgeier Group in alignment with its core areas.
